John Bullington is a native of Phoenix and graduated from Arizona State University in 1984 with a BS in Real Estate. He joined CB Richard Ellis in June of 1984 and specialized in the sale and leasing of office properties for ten years until he transitioned into land brokerage for the final ten years of his career with CBRE. While at CBRE, John was a top producing land broker and sold more than 25,000 acres of commercial and residential land. John was involved in the sale of the 900 acre Mirabel Master Planned Community as well as the 1000 acre Whisper Rock community in North Scottsdale.

He also sold the 10,000 acre Merrill Paloma Ranch in Gila Bend and the 9800 acre Merrill Ranch in Florence. John developed many strong relationships with investors, builders, developers, lenders and brokers in the Metropolitan Phoenix real estate community in his 20 year career at CB Richard Ellis. John was hired by Olympia Companies as their VP of Land Acquisitions in January of 2004. Olympia Companies is a large diversified development company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. During his five year tenure with Olympia, he operated a land brokerage company and assembled approximately 6000 acres of land with 25 different property owners in west Phoenix around Luke Air Force Base for a proposed Federal Land Exchange. In addition, he acquired approximately 5200 acres in New Mexico in a 15 property assemblage for the purpose of developing a Master Planned Community in west Albuquerque. He is currently operating BLC Realty Advisors, a boutique land brokerage company in Scottsdale, Arizona, focused on the sale of developer and lender owned properties in Maricopa and Pinal County.
